When you send a gift, in my opinion I think it should arrive looking as gorgeous as possible. So after much pondering, I’ve decided to offer all my customers free Gift Wrapping with every order. Why? Because a lot of time and effort has gone into selecting the range of gifts that I stock at Purple Pink and Red, and really want them to arrive with that extra special touch.
Of course, people can choose not to have their orders gift wrapped, and that’s quite sensible if they’re ordering for themselves (which, I may add, I fully encourage – we all need treats at regular intervals to keep sane these days). But if I’m honest, one of the best parts about getting an order is the preparation and presentation of it – making it look that little bit more special than the same item delivered by someone else. That’s what gives me the ‘thrill’ and the professional pride.
